Real Estate Agent Banned from selling property

Real Estate Agent Banned from selling property

The illegal behaviour started when Jodie Louise Kitto tried to swap an inferior property for that of Colin Frankham. According to reports his house was worth somewhere near $850k whilst her property was $340k which was recently revalued at $433k. Due to the mans age of 77 the younger agent tried to force Mr Frankham into the deal.

However Mr Frankham sort advice and then realising what was happening came forward to make his complaint about the deal he did not want to be part of. This didnt deter the wily agent as she forged documents that showed Mr Frankham signing over his home.

Here is a clear example of a younger agent trying to pressure a sale and then fraudulently using documents to try and force a sale where there clearly wasnt two agreeable parties. It is a signal that you should always be aware of your rights and never sign anything unless you know exactly what you are sigining.

Unless you understand entirely what is being traded, sold or exchanged then sign nothing. The key to safety is having the right knowledge for the task at hand, for all your property knowledge questions go to the best resource for first home buyers on the net.
